Where can I buy a Nordic Crown product?
You will find our products at authorised dealers around the country. You can also buy in our online store.
I lost my manual. Can I order a new one?
You can download the manuals for all our prams and strollers as pdf-file here on our website. You can find the manuals under each model.
If my stroller or other product breaks down, who should I turn to?
Please first contact the retailer from whom you purchased the products. Be prepared to show a receipt for the purchase.
What is the warranty and warranty on our prams and products?
We provide a 12-month warranty and a 3 year right to claim proven manufacturing defects.
If I bought a second hand Nordic Crown product, does the warranty apply?
The warranty does not apply if the product is bought second hand. However, we can supply you with spare parts and/or advise where to get a repair done.
Where are Nordic Crown products manufactured?
All Nordic Crown products are designed and developed in Sweden and Norway. The products are manufactured in our factory in Hungary. Some of our prams and strollers are assembled in Osby in southern Sweden.
How do I maintain and clean my Nordic Crown pram or stroller?
Nordic Crown makes prams and strollers of very high quality. But they need to be maintained and cared for. Visit our website, under the info tab there are Care Instructions on how to best take care of your Nordic Crown pram or stroller.
